Dan was the most professional contractor I have ever used. He showed up when he said he would   which, for one is hard to find with a general contractor. His work was phenomenal, his prices were well below others and  he was clean, even took his shoes off when he came in the house. I would highly recommend Dan for any home improvement needs and would gladly provide a reference to anyone who is interested.

Dan gave me an estimate that was 50% lower than another estimate that i received.  He did a french drain in my basement, put roof on above my kitchen, took drywall, insulation, wood and stucco off the back of my house and replaced all of it.  He rewrapped my kitchen windows and my back porch.  Everyday when he was finished he would clean up after himself. I was told by an insurance adjuster that my homeowners wouldn't pay for this work but Dan advised me to call them anyway and actually they did cover some.
